Today, both of her novels are up for grabs for 1 lucky winner!

While other high school seniors are dreaming about their futures, Sophie and Carter are just trying to make it through each day. Carter is overwhelmed by issues at home as he struggles to support his mother. Meanwhile, next door neighbour Sophie is left to care for her three younger siblings in place of their absent and troubled mother. All that holds these two best friends together is each other, and knowing that each night they'll sit together on Sophie's front porch swing and escape from reality, if just for awhile. But as their relationship reaches a turning point and high school graduation nears, will their friendship become something more?
Two years ago, Scarlet awoke in the forest alone, afraid, and unable to remember anything. Lost and confused, her life was a mystery...until she met a boy with a familiar voice.
Gabriel Archer has a voice from her past, and Scarlet's determined to remember why. She immerses herself in his life only to discover he has a brother he's kept hidden from her: Tristan Archer.
Upon meeting Tristan, Scarlet's world becomes even more muddled. While she's instinctively drawn to Gabriel, she's impossibly drawn to Tristan--and confused out of her mind. As she tries to piece together her history Scarlet realizes her past...might just be the death of her.

ReplyDeleteUsually Contemporary but lately I've been reading Paranormal or Dystopian.
ReplyDeleteI'd probably go with paranormal, but an occasional contemporary is always good. Thanks for the giveaway!

Yay! I love Paranormal, but normal seems nice for a change!
ReplyDeleteI love both paranormal and contemporary, but I'd have to say that paranormal has a slighter edge. I love reading about normal people overcoming ordinary obstacles - they're inspiring, really. But there's something about reading a story that could never possibly happen that fuels my imagination and kinda wish that it would occur.
ReplyDeleteIt's soo hard! For a long time I was a paranormal girl but lately I've really been getting into the Contemporary. But i guess is i had to pick just one I would have to stick with paranormal :)
ReplyDeleteI enjoy both, but I prefer Paranormal.

I prefer to read contemporary. It's what got me so interested in reading in the first place! I do love paranormal, but I find that in contemporary novels there's a better chance of finding a story that's never been told before :)

I have definitely been reading a lot of paranormal lately but really it just depends on my mood. I love them both! I think sometimes contemporary are the ones that stick with me and paranormal are usually more fun but not always. But truly I don't discriminate. A good book is a good book!

ReplyDeleteI prefer paranormal!!!
ReplyDeleteHonestly, that's so difficult to answer. I love both so much, but if I had to choose I would probably choose paranormal. Contemporary is something that we experience in our own lives at times, so we already know about it. But Paranormal is different and it's other worldly. It makes us believe in the unnatural. K, done ranting ;) Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteThis is a difficult question! I love them both so much! Really it just depends on the mood I'm in but most of the time I find myself reaching for a paranormal book. I like being able to get a break from reality and be able to imagine super human-like creatures!
ReplyDeleteI think I like Contemporary more... I just like to take a break and step into some real life situations
ReplyDeleteI think I like paranormal more and I don't know what Contemporary main :)
ReplyDeletei like paranormal more than contemporary : )
